My husband , my mom , 1 child and I Stayed Aug.11 &12 , 2017. Our room was clean, NO bed bugs in our room! I have read the reviews from other people who stayed here and I have not had a bad experience here! Everyone who was working here for our stay was very nice and helpful!!! How ever it was a little expensive to stay here but we still had a great time! I am wondering if being polite and using my manners is the reason for a great weekend here!? Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We even got an upgraded room with an awesome view of Lake Superior. Room was very clean. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool! Definitely will be coming back here.

Plenty of lifeguards constantly walking the edge. We felt well watched and the kids had fun! We had a large room (king and two queens) with a lake view.

The rooms needs a good cleaning. The vent was black from build up in the room, the dust on top of the curtain and around the room was terrible. We had a room with bunks and there were whole Ritz crackers along the side of the mattress. One of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have stayed in.

Everything was great until out AC quit working. The hallway has to be close to 80 degrees and 2 kids and I can't sleep with the 1 fan I brought and the 2 they brought.

Hotel room was okay at best. Breakfast bar was a joke. Same breakfast can be had at most hotels without the 6.99 price tag. Water park is WAAY overrated. Word to wise, if you wanna play here, wear swim shoes, IF the pool Nazis will let you. 4 out of 5 of us ended up bleeding before we were done. The bottom of the pools is very heavily textured.
