I was there for my goddaughter's birthday. For what my friend paid for the birthday package it should have been better. Party was from 4-6, and at 5:40 there was someone hovering around waiting to clean up. Made us feel rushed and could not enjoy the last 20 mins of the party. No one had the area booked after us so why they hovered so early is beyond me. Her gift bag from the hotel had empty candy wrappers in it. The kids enjoyed the water park so it wasn't a total bust.

Had no hot water. When I called down to the front desk they stated they would notify maintenance and said I could go shower at the pool showers. Maintenance never came until later in the evening so we showered quickly in freezing cold water. I wasn't about to haul my things all the way down to the gross pool showers and bathrooms. Room was ok. Definitely wouldn't spend 200.00 a night to stay in those rooms. Maybe the newer rooms are better. Water park was fun though for the kids.

Pool is nice. Kid friendly. Room curtains had some kind of stains. I'd stay again. Wasn't impressed with the buffet and was looking forward to it. I'd stay again but be warned
We went there this weekend to have a little family get away with our two year old daughter. While we were in the swimming area I had stepped in something squishy. To my disgust there was a pile of poop.. we were instantly done swimming and went back to the room for the night. The blankets were itchy so we just slept with the sheets. The stay was ok my daughter did love it. But I shouldn't have to worry about my family stepping in someone's poop. Everything was clean, food from the restaurant by the water park was really good, the buffet was about what you expect for breakfast, but worth the price.

Water park water is SUPER cold later in the day, as though its pumped in from Lake Superior in the middle of March...the room has a feeling of dinge instead of crisp cleanliness. The water in the rooms heats up quite nicely if it weren't for a gaping hole where the drain plug should be in the shower I'd take a warm bath to heat myself up, however the current status of said "gaping hole" makes plugging the tub impossible and the shower altogether a lil too scary for this "germ-a-phobe"
Check in was at 4pm but had to wait until 5:30 to even check into our room, not fun when you have a toddler either. Water park was fun but the water is freezing everyday.
