It was a nightmare mold on the celling and walls check in was at 4:00 we didn't get in there until 5:00 not handicap Friendly elevator worked when it wanted to had to walk all the way over to the other end of the building just to do anything never will go back there again fucking SUCK big time
Our experience this weekend was not the best. Our bathroom had hair all over in the shower and then our 2 yr old got locked in the bathroom and we had to call maintenance to get her out. And our room had an outdoor balcony and the door was extremely drafty.

The grandkids loved it....A very fun family place!!
Very busy place, room was nice, beds were comfortable. It is a great value for your dollar if you do not mind the crowd.
The hotel was horrible. The water park was adequate. Water a little cold. If you really want to go to a water park in Duluth, stay somewhere else and pay to go to water park for the day.

Rooms are pretty standard in the main building, have not stayed in the shabby looking one. Waterpark is fun but trying to get a tube to ride a slide is impossible. Could be a little more controlled in that aspect. The worst part had nothing to do with the hotel per say, but that people use the place as a dumping ground for unruly brats they don't want to watch.
This place is absolutely disgusting and needs a complete update and renovation. The hall ways were dirty, and the elevators take FOREVER. The beds were hard as a rock and the bedding felt like wool. The chairs in our room were ripped and the arms were falling off with nails sticking out of them. The water park was freezing cold and so was the water. They charge over $200 dollars a night. Not worth the stay. I'm embarrassed for this place. We will not be returning.

You definitely do not get what you pay for. Absolutely no parking, and we got stuck with a room where you had to walk outside to get there... (11degrees outside) we had small children so that was quite unpleasant going from swimming to outside. The staff was nice. The water park was adequate, my 3 year old enjoyed himself and my 15 year old niece also enjoyed it. They also really enjoyed the arcade, along with my man child husband. The part I didn't care for were the dingy, gross rooms, we pushed the bed against the wall so my son wouldn't fall out of bed and there was a bunch of left over crap under there. I freaked me out every time my toddler tried to play on the floor!
