We just got to our room. This place needed updating 20 years ago. Looks nothing like the pictures. The cart with our suitcases didn't fit in the elevator. The hotel is filthy the wallpaper was taped together in spots. Carpet is stained. Dressers are chewed up.

Good room. Great water park. A little spendy. Very friendly staff.
Excellent customer service. Front desk, gift shop and pool staff are very accommodating and friendly. The water park is very fun with different areas that are accommodating for all ages inside and outside. Lots of fun things to do! The rooms feel old and dated. Be prepared to take the stairs. The main elevator in the center of the hotel is tiny and you will literally wait forever for it.

We got there check in was slow but room was great. We went to the water park nice time. Then watched a storm roll in over the lake

The bed linens were not the greatest. Our blanket was quite old and full of nubbies. Our room was too close to pool and very loud. Curtains did not block out hall light and. Lots of kid melt downs outside our door. Was fine but would never recommend or stay again.

The rooms were terribly HOT, AC wasn't working. The staff were rude and unprofessional. We were told that someone would work on our AC but was brought fans to keep the room cool. There were bugs floating around in the pool, bugs that looked like roaches. I would never come back nor will I reccomend this place to anyone.

Water park was great for our son, and the resort offered many fun things for children such as an aracde, outdoor play area, mini golf, etc. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The lifeguards in the water park are constantly walking around and are very diligent about making sure it's a safe place. Also I've witnessed multiple staff checking water quality! It took 45 minutes for us to check into our room only to find out that our Waterpark View Room was actually a view of a white wall. When you ask for a waterpark view room it is not guaranteed which they do not tell you. They are so busy answering phones that check in takes forever!! Another couple checked into their room and when they entered their room there was already people staying in it!! Very disappointed in check in time and the room. But the water park itself was very nice!
