Overpriced! Walls are paper thin and we shared a balcony with a room full of unsupervised obnoxious pre-teen girls screaming all night and the front desk did nothing about it. They should run their waterpark like almost all other hotels with waterparks and allow guests to use the waterpark as early as noon on the day of check-in and until 3 pm the day of check out.

Worst hotel I've ever been to!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone and sure hope I can get a refund!! If I didn't have tired little ones I wouldn't even be here right now!!

Your lifeguards are on a power trip, making up rules, rude and terrifying. If I return I won't be eating the breakfast buffet, a mile long walk with hungry kids, and the food was not better than any free continental breakfast I've eaten. The room, was clean, it was comfortable, and all I wanted was to hide there, away from the lifeguards. I'll find something else next time we want to get away for a night/day.

Not too happy that springbreak is here stayed the 6th and 7th they closed the park at 9 my three kids were not happy after we checked in ,I was told the was a line when I called to book a room we stayed two nights in room 1127 and when I got here the was no one here and the front desk clerk was all by herself I don't know who the ride manager was he was tall with redish hair who closed the pool on the 6th but he was so rude and almost walk over my kids being in a hurry no manners at all, I been coming here for along time and... read more

My son and I and his family stayed the night on 3/4/16 and 3/5/16. The only thing that we did not like was the pool hours. I was frustrated that we had a 5 hour gap between swimming hours. They close at 11am then open back up at 4pm. Had a hard time trying to entertain two three year olds for five hours and all they wanted to do was go swimming and they couldn't. I felt I was ripped off from my money because I had a room and I couldn't have access to the pool for half the day. I'm debating if I want to ever come back.

Check in was 1 hour line. Hotel management had 2 staff on hand to check in a line of about 50 people or more + answer phones + sell gift shop trinkets etc. Bitterness in line was palpable.
Decent place, waterpark a bit small for older kids, rooms a bit dated, breakfast buffet is ok but for .99 for kids it worked fine. All in all, 3 stars. Decent getaway for parents with smaller kids
New owners beware The new owners are jerks change all the rules. Used be able to check in early. We have stayed at the edge 50+ times. Now they want to charge you for a early check in $40 for 12-2 check in and $25 for 2-4 check in and that is completely ridiculous. I so can't not wait until another hotel built a water park and put the edge water park out of business cause that what they need. Great hotel, awesome water park. Super fun for the whole family. Nice, clean rooms, nice staff, pools are sanitary. Lifeguards are kinda rude, but otherwise it was all around pretty good!
