First and foremost when we got to the actual water park to begin our check in time which is at 4pm there were no tubes.. The service was fine but no one checked the receipts so other people were stealing people's already paid for food.The breakfast buffet was decent ...nothing to brag about and not worth the price of the rooms that should include the buffet.. We come every year for my sons bday. We enjoy the park ..we had a few issues with our room shower leaked allot front desk was wonderful about it switched our rooms for us..But for the price we pay its looking pretty run down time yo update a bit..

Really great staff who dosent like a 85°F waterpark in the middle of winter. We will most defiantly be back and the price was great as well no complaints hear and as a musician i travel alot.!!!!!
I previously waited to write a Review after our most recent stay last week. Had a issue with our Room/Stay and I had sent a Email explaining what it was. I received a response back that same day and today they messaged me again to follow up. I spoke with Stephanie on the phone this morning and am very pleased with the outcome. It was ok but I think you guys should open the pools at 3 or 2:30ish but I don't know what you guys are all complaining about its great there

They are not animal friendly. First day, i was out of the room for less than an hour. They cam in my room an took my dog. Then the staff and management got in my face and made me wait 5 min for while i watch the take him our of a cage and put him back multiple times... now i do not get to enjoy my 3 days here because my dog barks in his cage... he is a yorkie... not that loud... F you edgewater! And F you Minnesota nice!!!!
I was very disappointed with the water park. It appeared decent, but the water temp was freezing. When I mentioned this to the manager on, she said the water temp was 82 degrees. We explained that was hard to believe and multiple other people also were complaining. When I told the manager we had driven 3hrs and were unable to enjoy the park because it was so cold, I received a reply of "I'm sorry you're unable to enjoy it", and she walked off.
