We have long been fans of this place also until recently when on 3-9-15 my daughter was injured there and we were told "they would not be helping with the medical bills " the insurance company told me that all they could do was pay $1000 REALLY !!?!?? She broke her collarbone on the water slide and had to go to the emergency room and the lack of concern from the edge and there insurance company is unbelievable I would seriously think twice before letting your child play there God forbid he/she would get injured This place is... read more

lifeguards were very rude and like drill sergeants we waited 45 minutes for food and the burger was cold they over charge your credit card without signing for it will not go back and will tell as many ppl as I can not to go here also

Waterpark is ok but stay somewhere else. It's dirty and way over priced. The buffet is gross and the milk container was in the danger zone of refrigeration. Next time we will stay in Canal Park.
Will NEVER be staying here or recommending to anyone EVER again... Boo to CRAPPY customer service and RUDE staff. The awesome midnight hall-party-guests were the last straw. $307 FOR ONE NIGHT OF HELL...

We are having such a great time. Thank you for making this an awesome day/night for my family.
Worst place ever. The food stinks 30 minute wait to get cold food. Part of hotel is run down and dated. 30 minutes to get a drink at the bar. When you talk to front staff they laugh and say sorry to hear that. I will not ever come back here. I would of rated zero stars if an option. They surely do not deserve one of them. Hospatsilty wont be found here

This place sucks, plan and simple. I can't even begin to count the ways. Stay away from this place. Total waste of time and money.
The staff was very unorganized and the cleaning staff didn't have uniforms and they were swearing and cusing and goofing around in the halls. You didn't know if they were street kids or hotel staff, our heater/ac broke they tried to fix it but it broke again in the middle of the night so we were roasting hot all night, the coffee in the room was terrible it was like drinking dirty water, the breakfast was terrible... coffee was bad food was cold and overall the place seemed dirty and not kept up. We literally just checked in and walked to our room and used our key card to open the door only to find it occupied by another family, not very secure if anyone can walk in your room.
