good getaway for 4-12 yr olds. Poolview room was insanely hot.... had to turn the a/c on to make it comfortable and it was -20 degrees outside!! poolview porch was dirty with towel of previous guest and chips on the floor. Other than that, great room for 6, great staff, easy to find, and waterpark was clean and had warm water and air temps. Life guard staff is soooo attentive! Fun time for the kids, Mom, and Dad!
Very friendly, great amenities, booked late so got the last room which exits to the duluth 10 degree temps; but know better for next time. Currently sitting by the pool having an adult beverage while the pizza is cooking and the kids are having loads of fun! Highly recomended; especially for families!
If you are coming to this hotel for the purpose of bentleyville, Rethink your decision and consider another hotel in the area. Staff is unprofessional, clear lack of service experience and the guests pay the price for it. If you have no standards and don't mind being hosed over this is the place for you
Great time if with the first snowstorm upon us. 5th time at the edge in 6 years an we love it
Our six year old is constantly asking when we are going back to Tiki Toms. Stayed at Arrowwood last springbreak. BIG mistake. Tiki Toms is the place we will go next time when we can.
We had a great time staying here. Waterpark and arcade has lots of different things to do, outside activities including pool, park, mini golf. Good spread for free breakfast with a kids area. We will be coming back next year
