We came here with friends and our kids and it was awful. The water was so cold the kids couldn't stand it. They were constantly shivering as were the adults! I won't be coming back here again.

We are so disappointed! We came here as a family as a gift for our son for Christmas. He was so excited to come to a waterpark, but the water was so cold that it didn't turn out to be any fun as he was just shivering the whole time. There also needs to be more parking. I feel like we wasted our time and $250 for one night.

We booked our hotel a month ahead of time they still have many rooms at that point. My parents also booked a room and asked to be next to us. No one said it couldn't happen. When we checked in and were told no we couldn't even been on the floor only one of those rooms per floor (huh?) Come to find out we were in a handicap room not sure why? Didn't ask for it. And now sure how that works on the 3rd floor anyway since you can't get get there from the lobby without stairs unles...Continue Reading

We had an awesome time. Staff was great. Room was great. Awesome veiw of the lake. Train to Bentleyville was a highlight. Thank you staff.
This place is going downhill...$200 plus per night..rooms are worn out. We didn't get the room we booked, told the staff and they did t care...hot tub and water slide were broken, they add a $9 per night "facility fee" for what?? No free breakfast anymore...rooms half this price offer free breakfast..this will be the last time!

This place was a joke! I would not recommend this place at all. The workers were absolutely rude toward us. They messed up our reservation when we first checked in. They told us the pool was open from 8am till 10pm when we booked our room. When we get there it wasn't open till 4pm and closed at 8pm! I was very upset about that! Then at 2 am I was locked in the bathroom for 2 hours!!!!! My husband went to the front and they told him "what are we supose to do?" Really people. Excellent service. Clean. Room for 6 people large & comfortable. Nice Lake View. Good breakfast buffet. Good food everywhere. Family oriented. Water Park the best! Good hot tubs & pools, inside & out. Loved this place! Service was outstanding in every area!
