Just came back from spending 3 nights there! My 3 girls ages 13, 11 and 9 and I had a lot of fun! Thank you!

Worst hotel ever sold us sour milk from kitchen down by the pool area and made my baby sick and puke they also took double the amount off of my debit card and that wasn't the first time they did it to me twice the second time i was forced to call the Duluth police department for fraud and once i got on the phone with the police they reimbursed me my money however it took making the call for it to happen
My family is currently staying here for vacation! My kids love the waterpark!!! The lifeguards are very friendly and are doing a great job! We got to check into our room 2 hours early and the lady at the front desk was very nice. There are something's that could be better but overall we are very happy with our stay. .
My visit here was brief but totally awesome the service was great the view from our room lake superior was beautiful I love this place thanks for treating us so well you guys rock!!
This hotel is NOT handicap friendly. Have to take 2 different elevators to get to the breakfast (not free) only to find a flight of stairs at the end. We even had to take 2 elevators to get between our room and the lobby and they are half the hotel apart. Had unruly children running in the hallways half the night. And our room wasn't very clean when we got here.

This is our first trip here and I don't think we will be coming back. First of all, we got to our original room and we couldn't shut the door properly. We called the front desk who called maintenance to come look at it. The guy came, very nice and said we need to switch rooms because it looks like at some point someone tried breaking in. They were able to switch us, but by the time we got our new room it was too late to go swimming with our 3 yr old.
