My family stayed at The Edgewater Hotel in Duluth, MN and found the staff and facilities to be excellent. Even more so, the staff went above and beyond again and again to make us feel comfortable and ease the stresses of travel. Thank you Edgewater for a wonderful family vacation!

Stayed with our 3 year old daughter and we had a blast, room was clean and nice, waterpark was awesome, close to everything we needed. Only complaint was that no one there seemed to know how to turn the room phone on for us after 4 calls to the front desk we gave up and had to use our cell phone and got charged roaming fees. A Slight hiccup but cant wait to plan out next trip down.
We stayed 2 nights for spring break and was disappointed that as a disabled person you have to go outside to go to the breakfast in the cold and snow therefore stayed in my room while the rest of the family went not sure if we will be returning
First we were assigned the room by the road and the one next to the driveway in and out of the hotel. That is motel accommodations. Then we switched to the last one. The beds were bad. Their policy that you can only swim until 11:00 on checkout day is awful. I can drive one hour further in the opposite direction and be able to swim the day of checking before checking and until closing on check out day. The Dells is so much better!!!! Always have had a nice stay when here.
.. Now for a ride on the sled. Then a night at the Edgewater Hotel Chilling with a friend and a bottle of goose (^_-)
Another great stay.I found front desk staff to be very professional and helpful.Only thing i was not happy with was mother nature as it was to cold to use the outdoor hot tub.Thank you for another great night.
It used to be an amazing trip for the family. Now, the watermark is disgusting and staff is rude.
