We stayed at the Edgewater because of the waterpark and proximity to Bentleyville. Unfortunately the heater in the pool was not working in the majority of the waterpark both days we were able to use it so everyone was crowded into the one pool that did have heat. It was total chaos and hard to even swim not to mention this is only a small part of the waterpark. This combined with freezing cold hallways with windows stuck in the open position made for a really uncomfortable stay. I wish I could say our room made up for it but... read more

We stayed for our time here this weekend and what a great deal!! The staff was very accommodating and bumped us up to a huge room that made our stay even better! We were in town for Bentleyville and we will b coming back next year for sure!! The weather was SO cold, but staying here made our family weekend super fun! My kids had a blast and we were very appreciative of the room upgrade! We will be coming back!! Thank you!!

We had a great time and when my 3 year left her Mickey Mouse there they mailed it home!

Fun place, but very slow check in time, and building needs maintenance. Several of the windows in the skyway were cracked open and the handles are broken off so they cant be closed, so its freezing in there. And the handle fell off the door to our room.

The hotel portion and our room was fine. Service in the bar is slow as there is only one person working. Also, the water park area was cold, especially for a pool area with so many kids walking around. They were pumping in cold air (I assume to try and keep the humidity down), and there was only one pool that was a decent temperature (the largest pool). Overall everything was excellent we basically only used the watermark though. Room was clean,comfortable,and quiet. My only suggestion would be to have a few more staff for checking in during peak hours/days as that did take some time on Friday but out kid had a blast at the water park and arcade so that's all I can ask!also we checked out the light tour at canal park that was super cool to see. We will def be back

Really fun but the rooms and hotel need some serious updating. Very confusing trying to find our room and the elevators are the slowest I've ever seen.
We've been coming here for years! We always were able to get an early check in or at least passes to use the waterpark until our room was ready. Well looks like they've changed that option as we were told no passes for the waterpark and that we would have to wait until 4 pm check in time to get our room and at that time we could then use the waterpark! Caution to families driving hours from the city hoping to get an early check in, don't waste your time!

I had my granddaughters with for a overnight .kids loved it .was a little cold in room but the staff was very helpful into getting us extra blankets. Thank you for having us.
