Got an appointment for 7:30am to have my tire looked at. Three hours later they come to tell me that I need new tires. I use them for all my service so that the record stays consistent and haven’t really had trouble in terms of an oil change but waiting three hours to have one tire looked at is just a bit ridiculous.

My husband brought my 4-runner in for an oil change and auto butler service. He had an appointment for 9am. After 4 hours my husband spoke with someone in service and this person told him that they had told him that it would be five hours which is a lie. They originally told my husband that it would be 4 hours. Why in the world does it take over four hours??!!! This is unacceptable.

Nate and Barry couldn’ be any nicer and helpful. They both made sure I was happy and excited through the whole process. Usually buying a car can be dreadful. I can say this wasn’t the case!! It was well worth the drive to get a deal and experience like this!!

Mario in the service department is a God Send. I had a dog poop disaster in my SUV and Mario stepped up and gave my car the Cleaning of a lifetime. He was wonderful! I can not recommend him or Eastern Shore Toyota enough! 5 stars all the way!!!
Terrible,they refuse to answer questions or give you a price, stay away from these misfits
Billy contacted me as he said he would to update me on the findings of the diagnostic scan performed on my van. He was professional and honest with delivering the overall expected cost of the service. He also evaluated another problem my van was experiencing and worked up a service ticket so when I have the funds to have it repaired it will take less time to get the job done.
