We drove over 5 hrs from GA and worth every mile. Antoine was our salesman and did a great job. While we had a few issues the dealership made everything right and stood by the deal and gained a customer for life. Thank you to everyone for helping us get our new car!!
Bought a used car with damage to front bumper and passenger fender. As part of sales agreement they agreed to fix and paint the car. Well, less than a year later those areas they painted are peeling! I do not recommend this dealership. Especially if they agree to do repairs on a car you want to buy!
I was told I was to have a free oil change because of all the phone calls I was getting looking for a woman I have never heard of.
Brandon the salesman was very friendly and professional. I had been over twice within one day with the intentions on purchasing a vehicle from them. Once I got to finance to see what interest rate they could offer me things went left. I had a pre-approval check on hand through my credit union which was offering a lower rate than what Eastern Shore was offering me. I had the best experience here. All the staff were amazing but Shatara went above and beyond for us. The entire experience was made to be stress free!! I totally recommend her and eastern shore for your auto needs!!
I was sitting in the waiting area and received a cell phone call that my car was ready and out front(after 2 hour wait)..no one came to talk to me about car the whole time I was there and then no one at car when I left. Thought this was very weird.

Got a pretty good price on a pre-owned pickup truck here. 2-star rating based on the total customer experience. Alex, our sales rep, was good....engaged and genuinely seemed interested in the customer. There were several points that could have been handled better or differently by the dealership overall.
