The best car buying experience I have ever had. Mack and Brandon made everything easy. I was in and out in no time. Mack explained all the features to me, which made driving my new Highlander a breeze. I love it and will definitely return.

We were there a little longer than anticipated and started to get hungry, our salesman Alonzo offered to order us a pizza or anything else to be delivered. After declining his offer he brought us some of his own food that his mother had fixed for him.

Bought a truck at Eastern Shore Toyota last year. Since then, I have been back 2 times for oil changes and tire rotations. That’s 2 oil changes and 2 tire rotations including full service check-ups on everything else. Guess what I have paid? Zero, Nothing. I’ll never buy a vehicle from anywhere else. Great product, Great customer service. BONUS: I ate a great lunch at the cafe’.

Yesterday I went to Eastern Shore Toyota to check their inventory of Highlanders. I purchased an 08 Highlander in 2011 and was considering trading it for a newer model. My good fortune was I was greeted by Eric, a very friendly & knowledgeable salesman, who listened to my wishes and took me to a 2015 Highlander. From his knowledge, I thought “ this young man has done his homework.. maybe helped build this lovely vehicle! I dropped my 4 runner off to take advantage of my auto butler and had a great day. They politely dropped me off at the Mall and before I knew it, they were calling to let me know my truck was ready. They promptly picked me up and I was able to get home early! Yay!
