I went in yesterday to ask a question about the car washing service they provide when you buy a vehicle from them. Upon asking my questions, I was laughed at 3 separate times. Twice for asking about the car wash and again when I mentioned the salesman who sold us a car. I pronounced his name wrong, but all they had to do was correct it and not laugh at me.
