Really liked our salesman Antione Green. He listened to us and got us exactly what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and honest. If anyone is on the fence about trying Eastern Shore Toyota...take my advice and do it...you'll be glad you did and ask for Antione Green. Superior customer service.

I make an appointment and get my service done quickly. They always wash and vacuum my car. I bought the lifetime service warranty and am very pleased. Happy with Eastern Shore Toyota.

Queationable morals and lack of integrity. This is the very first time I've seen a facility with the service department being much worse than sales. But this isn't the service, itself, this is the politics involved in how the service department is controlled. I was an employee at this facility for almost 2 years before departing.
