My husband and I dealt with Leah and she was amazing! She turned a not so good experience {with another dealer} into something easy and wonderful! We have dealt with a few other car dealers in the past and this has BY FAR been our favorite!

Don't do business with them. Their salesmen are great but their finance department is filled with shady/greedy people. If they make a mistake they will try to get you to pay for their mistake and attempt to intimidate you into paying for their error by threatening to sue you. Even if they have no grounds to be able to do so because all of the paperwork is in your favor. Please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else! Entered negotiations with eastern shore for a truck on Wednesday. Was told I could put in deposit to hold vehicle. Sent my credit card information to be processed and they called me back 4 hours later saying they couldn’t hold even with deposit(I live 250 miles from there and couldn’t come until Saturday). Was told on Thursday I could put deposit in on Friday morning to hold vehicle on Saturday. Vehicle had not sold as of 6pm Thursday night.
