It was a good experience, salesman was good to work with and found what we were looking for. I would buy again from them.
Worst experience buying a car from this place. My reasons below: 1) when you buy a NEW car, if you trade in your lease you DO NOT get the $400 loyalty HMFusa (hyundai motor finance) taken of. 2) they pressure you obviously into getting a new car EVEN AFTER i told them what i really wanted. 3) Finally, they messed up my paper work after taking my drivers license THREE TIMES. So I did indeed have a fantastic experience at Eastern Shore Toyota. Clayton Jones was the salesman that assisted me in finding the right car at an excellent price. He was courteous, professional, and didn't take forever guiding me through the buying process like many salesman do. No respect for your time. An estimated 2-3 hour appointment is quickly turning into 5+ hours. And their unapologetic excuse...they only have 2 techs today. On a Saturday. No more. We’ll driving over to Pensacola next time.
Shetara went above and beyond to make sure I was looking at all of the choices that were available to me. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel dumb for not knowing the answers already. I'm SO happy with my new Camry and cannot recommend Eastern Shore Toyota enough!
