RecommendedI had an awesome experience at Eastern Shore Toyota! Trumaine Cook was great! He had such patience with me and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my family! I would recommend him to anyone! Also Jammal (I think that’s how you spell it) in finance was so helpful! He was up front and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. Oh and my daughter got her nails painted while we waited. It was great!

I bought a new car a month ago and I get a phone call yesterday informing me that I needed to come back & sign new paperwork. I was a bit confused. Get down there yesterday & the bank we used came back and didn’t accept one of my Income Verification letters. So I come back down here to sign the new papers with a different bank and now have a big ole new interest rate. Keep in mind I’ve had the car for a month and already put the down payment down, signed papers with a set amount & interest rate the day I brought it home!!! H... read more

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in service department.
I had a great experience buying my 2018 Toyota but I've had a horrible experience with the service department. Ill continue making the drive to Fort Walton Toyota.
Worked with Ryan Sanford, he’s great!! Energetic, accommodating, honest.
Upon arriving I was not greeted immediately, which gave me ample time to look at my options. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable Jonathan Rizzo. At which point he was able to refer me to the type of car I was looking for and found the perfect match after thorough analyzation. I have had the car for a couple days and I can say that I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and quality of the vehicle I’ve purchased
