Great experience! Went online and picked out a 4Runner that caught our eyes and was contacted shortly after by Seanna Salter. Set an appointment and Seanna had our 4Runner pulled up and ready when we arrived. We advised her of what we wanted (4Runner only) and did not want anything else. After some negotiations, which were very close to to not meeting our target amount, we were able to close on the sale. No pressure sales team. Very professional and worked with us.
Love the car, not happy with the experience. The negotiating is not transparent. Was shown a deal with 1.97 % APR at 66 months and when the final paperwork was mailed I saw that it was actually 2.39% at 75 months! Very shady and not honest. -5 stars! Don’t be fooled!
Horrible experience with sales rep Paul.... when we got there he was taking our car to appraisal and it to him FOREVER to get back to us. He takes outside to look at cars and shows us a Ford Escape to take us to the car we were interested in he says he has to go get the keys and it take him almost 15-20 just to come back to tell us he could not find the key to that car... we had my 4 year old daughter with us and we were left outside in the HOT with her waiting on him. I want to give a shout out to Seana Salter she is the best sales person hands down. I told her my situation, what I wanted to spend, and she made sure I got exactly what I wanted for my buck. I would recommend anybody to go to her. Now on the other hand the guy who did my paperwork he was very rude, tryin to sale me an expensive extended warranty that I didn’t want and he really pissed me off the way he acted. He needs to be properly trained on how to treat customers.

So we bought a used Kia Sorento from eastern shore Toyota. (WE LOVE THE CAR ITSELF) After verifying with the salesman that the car had a 150 point inspection, not even 3 weeks after buying the car we started to have black smoke coming out of exhaust. No check engine light came on but we still took it in.
