I cannot believe the way I was just treated at this dealership. I do not mean this in a good way. An agreement could not be reached on a deal so the sales manager got so upset he crumbled up the paper we were working with into a ball and then threw his hands into the air in a very condescending manner. He then proceeded to tell us how we ruined the evening by tying them up “in the middle of an Alabama football game.” Then he shamed us for wasting the salesman’s time showing us vehicles in the rain. Great service and very good employees
I bought a car from this dealership in February of this year. I also referred my boyfriend to this same dealer and he purchased a car in June of this same year. I've called this place 11 times to get information about their Theft Protection. 9 out of the 11 times no one answered and the other remaining 2 times I was given the run around because no one knows the logistics of the Theft Protection. Terrible place! Please don't waste your time or money here. I was promised 2 keys for my Highlander, was only given one and the woman has given us the runaround on it since MARCH! Brought my Highlander in today for a "quick update" and I've been sitting here in service waiting for 3 HOURS and no one has even given me an update on my car. Don't ever do business with this place.

Today I took my daughter to purchase a used vehicle we had a great experience. our salesman name was Zach he made our buying experience great. Everything went smooth and stress free. We will be back!

They stole my 2014 car from me I had not got into it and the sales man told me the law in Alabama was that I had to take it because I had signed the paper and Alabama didn’t have the three day return and I had not even got in it , I was 88 years old and very tired they bugged me while I was just getting my 2014 serviced so if you’re waiting to get ripped off that is the place to go.
