I am grateful to have a new car; however, my entire experience was horrible. I spent over 5 hours a day there for 3 days straight, most of the employees were not on the same page and did not communicate very well with each other, too many lies were told because of them trying so hard to make a sale, etc. I came to the dealership and specifically stated my situation, what I wanted and what I could pay, only to have an experience that stressed me out, wasted too much of my time, very unpleasant.
