I HAVE PURCHASED 2 CARS FROM EASTERN SHORE TOYOTA, BUT MY LAST EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN THE WORST. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND BY MY SALESMAN, MANAGERS, AS WELL AS STAFF. My experience with Eastern Shore Toyota sales and service has always been professional and pleasant. I own two Toyota vehicles. 2012 Tundra SR5 4x4 and I recently purchased a new 2019 Toyota 4Runner Trd off-road 4x4. The dealership is professional and detail oriented in service and sales. I also recommend the showroom detailing for customers who are meticulous as I am of my vehicles. We’ve had a great experience here so far. We bought my 2015 Kia Optima here on March 7th. We were so pleased with our salesman, Jacob. He got us in the car we loved and our buying process was very fast. We noticed a minor cosmetic issue and they were happy to replace, at no cost to us.
