We had a wonderful experience purchasing a brand new Camry at Eastern Shore Toyota. Antione was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. He made sure I got the exact car I wanted, and I even ended up getting leather which I was not expecting and was a huge bonus for me. I Went To Toyota And Alonzo Helped Me . Let Me Tell You ! This Is My First Time Buying A Vehicle . I Was Stressed ! Basically Walked In Blind .. But Alonzo Helped Me Every Step Of The Way . He Was Absolutely Awesome And Very Patient Lol . I Gave Him A List Of What I’m Looking For In A Car. And He Walked Out Of The Store And Came Back With Exactly What I Asked For And More! I Can’t Explain How Happy I Am! I Am Loving My New Car!!
These people gave us a written price on a new vehicle but wouldn’t honor price when we went to pick it up ! I’ve never seen this tactic used before and considering legal actions ! Buyers Beware ! We recorded the transactions on an iPhone and have the written price !
Nothing but a bunch of scam artist how can you not sell me the car for the price you figured and listed. When I get there to buy the car I say okay if I cannot get the 1000 rebate if I choose 0% or 1.9 want to finance at 2.9 so I can get the 1000 holiday rebate oh no we have to add 1000 back in cause you can't have both a discount and rebate, that's not what the paper shows?? I could understand if I wasn't willing to let them finance it plus it's not Eastern Shores incentive it's a Toyota incentive what the hell!! How did I ... read more

They take advantage of senior citizens. Not showing the sticker price on a vehicle and then ending up leading them into the business managers office with an up charge of over $4000 before they added $7000 in additional unneeded services, says a lot for the quality of the management of the dealership.

Poor customer service , charge you for things they don’t do and when you try to tell or talk to them they call you a liar and tell you that they don’t need your business. I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced there and now I question if they even did them. Please do not take your vehicle here to be serviced at all!!!!! The manager made me feel less than a human being! I will continue to voice my opinion.

We had a friendly at first then very pushy salesman. He promised us things that never got taken care of (key replacement and scuffs on body of car). We felt taken advantage of after it was all said and done. They are not about the people, just the sale. Tell them your payment you can afford....they’ll get you there even if it makes you way upside down on the loan. Then when you try to call about issues you get treated rudely and like you’re an idiot.
