Discrimination. I can't speak about the sales department but I can say that if anyone is in need of a job, avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely horrendous management. By far, the worst I've ever seen. I put two of my best years into this facility, (straight out of college and valedictorian of my class) and not once did I miss a single day of work. RecommendedThis is my second vehicle I have purchased from Eastern Shore Toyota. Our sales person this time around was Travis Thornton and he was fantastic. We had a wonderful salesman in Jonathan Howze. Jonathan was very friendly, helped us in every way he could.
Bought my first new car from Eastern Shore Toyota. Was helped by Brandon that works for the VIP Sales Team and he was very helpful in selecting a car that had the right stuff for what I needed. The finance manager he sent me to was also a great help. He got my payments where I wanted them and got me the service package for the first 100,000 miles for a very reasonable price. Over all I was very pleased with the customer service and I am still very much enjoying my new 2019 Toyota Camry!

When I arrived at eastern shore I had to ask for someone to sale me a car after standing there for 15 minutes. I ask the sales rep if I could see 5 cars in total. After waiting another 20 minutes he came back and said they didn’t have two of them but I could look at the other three so we started walking and walking and walking. We walking the whole lot and come to find out the three cars I wanted to see was about 50 yards from where I was standing when I first got there.
