Check engine light came on so I brought my car to dealership since it is still under warranty. After waiting over 2 hours they charged me $120 for a diagnostic check that turned out to be a misreading because fuel cap wasn’t sealed properly. So expect to get milked.

The sales manager is rude and could care less about the customer. -3 stars. The vehicle my daughter bought from them should be considered a lemon.

I had a 10:30 appt got there on time for scheduled maintenance I didn’t see my car again until 2:30. I don’t know what you did to your service dept. but I was really disappointed. No one kept me informed of the delay. I had to go and find the person who took the car and asked him to find out what was going on. I got some story about how it was people getting ready for the thanksgiving holiday. Why even bother making appointments. I guess I’ll start going to Bob Tyler’s Toyota it’s a lot closer.
The salesman was the nicest I have ever had at a dealership. All the people there were so friendly and went out of their way to try to help us in any way they could. I have bought a lot of vehicles through the years but this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.
