Worst Experience Ever... 1) When you buy a NEW car, if you trade in your lease, you DO NOT get the $400 deposition fee waived HMFusa (Hyundai Motor Finance) taken of if you go with another bank for your new car which they failed to tell me. 2) they pressure you obviously into getting a new car EVEN AFTER i told them what i really wanted and showed them what I wanted. (was in price range for me mind you) 3) Finally, they messed up my paper work after taking my drivers license 4 times. Messed up my Middle name AND also my soci... read more
Will not give me a loaner car while they fix my recall and I have to meet my daughters teacher. If I didn’t have other engagements I wouldn’t mind waiting. But I’m bringing my car here for Toyota’s screw up. Next time I’ll just go to Bob Tyler Toyota. They always offer a free loaner car to me and on Wednesday’s they have ladies day with free manicures and Chick-fil-A.

The sales team met me at the door and greeted me with a smile and confidence. I thought for certain I wouldn't be able to upgrade from my 2016 Camry to a new 2018 Camry. The sales staff made it possible. They went above and beyond to put me in the vehicle I wanted. I must say they proved me wrong. I will definitely continue doing business with Easternshore Toyota.

I went just to get some ideas and see what might be out there for when I'm ready to buy, it went downhill from there!! We looked at a beautiful Camry and decided, what the heck, let's buy this one now. Eastern Shore Toyota pulled my credit, said everything looked great we shook hands on a deal that THEY said would go through, no problem! Bad deal made right I had my eye on a Camery but it was a little out of my budget so I picked one without a sunroof. At the same time I was doing paperwork on the car so was another customer on the same one! It was sold out from under me but the manager made the call to meet me where I needed to be to get the one I originally wanted.
