RecommendedI highly recommend both Eastern Shore Toyota and also Seana Salter. She was absolutely wonderful, not your typical salesperson. I didn’t feel pressured and she had me ready to go when I got there. I will definitely be sending people back to her!

I recommended a coworker to Eastern Shore Toyota because of the referral program but at this point I see it a LIE! Amber Mitchell was her sales representative as well as Antoine Green. She gave them my personal information to have the $100 gift card mailed to me. Amber never answered her phone after MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS!! I’ve been coming to this location since 2015. I haven’t always had a great experience but today that all changed! Ms. Renee was so helpful and just so courteous and Jalyn was very patient while listening to my horrible explanations on what my car was doing. Today was an exceptional experience and I hope these two are recognized for their amazing customer support!
