Follow through when you promise to do something. A month has passed and I still have no trailer hitch, was told 3 times they would call me back and no call back. we wasted 2 hours today to find out they ordered the wrong hitch and now I am supposed to to to a Uhaul dealer to order and have a hitch installed, I am to pay for it, then Toyota is supposed to pay me back ????
