Appraisal guy in VIP was very rude to me over an issue that he did not explain well the first day. I will not be coming back to this dealership.
for the love of god. tell your commercial spokeswoman to stop bouncing around like a bobblehead. It is very difficult to watch. I makes me want to never come to Eastern Shore Toyota, because if you made the decision to air her commercials and knowing she has full body tourettes syndrome. you must be making horrible decisions throughout your entire establishment. get her medicated.

It’s always good to keep receipts!!! Eastern Shore Toyota are liars!!! I purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger from them and was told that they would fix the problems that was going on with the car. Now from day one I felt as if the car was a LEMON BUT I WAS MANIPULATED INTO PURCHASING THIS CAR. Nikki (Nicole) specifically told me that the car was sold to me without going through inspection.
