Auto Butler Took my 2017 Highlander in for Auto Butler yesterday morning. Was met by a service employee that immediately confirmed my appointment and was met, walked to the desk, then walked out to my vehicle when the service was completed. Very professional staff, comfortable waiting area, job completed in a timely manner and good quality in work details. Very pleasant experience!
I would never recommend going there and it will take a long time for me to get this horrible experience . I will say the owners personal secretary Mrs Toni is one amazing wonderful person. She at least listened and got involved for me to get my vehicle . I still wish she knew how I finally left there after a cooling off period . In stead of flipping out again i just took it like a man.
This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Eastern Shore Toyota & our salesmen Kurt & Brandon were great ! Brandon & Greg in the fiancee department was also very helpful! Had a pleasant first time experience today in the service department with Katie Morris. This lady was friendly and very knowledgeable also very professional. If you know anyone that needs service work done or even a routine maintenance done I would suggest going to speak with Katie Morris in service.
