Not very good standing behind what they sell to your customers. My sister in law purchased a platinum warranty from Ms Rohan and tried to use it and was turned away and told she had no coverage for her particular need. It took her two trips and several calls to straighten this issue out. Very bad communication with what is sold to your clients.

Several weeks ago I totaled my car. All my previous vehicles were hand-me-downs from family, so I was not excited about buying my first vehicle, especially not under these rushed circumstances and having our seven year old in tow. Thankfully, we got paired with Eric Adamson, who was exceedingly patient and so good with our kid. We love our new Prius and the amazing customer service we received.
