The service I received from Jason in the service department was great. However, I called the day before I brought my car in for servicing and spoke with a female in the service dept about the window tint on my Camry. It is bubbling and peeling and looks terrible. I was told it is only warrantied for a year and I would have to pay to have it fixed and that “it’s not a big deal”. Considering it wasn’t optional when I purchased the vehicle, this is unacceptable.
