Hi ! I had an experience Monday with Eastern Shore that was fantastic ! Although I changed my mind on getting the Jeep, Salesman Josh made no hesitation in helping me get back into my car I was trading. He even put my tag back on my car after I returned it . I highly recommend Billy West for your service needs at Eastern Shore Toyota. My 2007 4Runner has needed a little service due to her age. Billy had been very helpful, patient and kind to me during this process. Their work has been excellent and the entire staff is very friendly.
Completely pissed off with my experience. I have purchased 3 other vehicles from you and never walked away feeling like I was just raped! Finance completely took advantage of me as a woman and NEVER disclosed any of the purchase agreement with me. I was lied to and I feel as if this was such a shady move for you as a reputable dealer, or I used to think you were a reputable dealer. I'm so disappointed you would allow your finance staff to take advantage of women in such a way!!!!!
