I highly DON’T RECOMMEND anyone to purchase a vehicle at this store. The reason? While they are trying to sell to you, they don’t leave you alone not even for a second. Once you purchase from them, they start ignoring you, no longer answering your phone calls, no longer responding your emails, not even mailing you the paperwork they have the obligation to send, to enable you to register property and provide license plates. Just purchased a new vehicle and I was very impressed with Spencer Ziegler. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating (I decided to test drive 4 different vehicles..). Very good experience and would definitely recommend. Joel was wonderful, as well!
I bought my car in November of 2018. They handed us one key fob and told us they would mail the other one. I never received it. I called and left multiple messages, but my call was never returned. I live an hour and a half away. I went there in July 2019 and was told that they were mistaken and had lost the key. I was told another one could be made, but it was when I would be at work ( 90 minutes away). They gave me a claim number, but dealerships near me said they had no idea what to do with it.
