Good experience with sales staff. Financial rep, however, was less than desirable. Didn't apper to be genuinely engaged... sat slouched down in his chair and lost awareness of my wife who was also in the office. Very little verbal interaction until the sales documents were generated. Those types of interactions activate defensiveness. Almost changed our minds about the sale. Industrial psychologists can help pinpoint strategies for staff improvement. Sales staff made up for the deficits.
Had an appointment. Service started on time and the time to service was reasonable. Service advisor was very friendly.

I do recommend Eastern Shore Toyota their salesman/ product specialist Andrew Murrill is the best! Andrew Murrill treated me with respect and kindness. Andrew was patient and really took his time to help me find the car to meet the need I was looking for! The finance department was awesome as well (Joel Bender) I left Eastern Shore Toyota as a satisfied customer and I would recommend anybody that's looking for a car and want outstanding customer service go see Andrew Murrill at Eastern Shore Toyota! He's the best!
Eastern Shore Toyota are fantastic to deal with. CALE went above and beyond to find us the kind of suv that we were looking for. We are very pleased with our purchase. They are the only ones to deal with, when buying a used car. Will definitely go back. Vehicle was exactly as described, no hard sell, no pushy tactics, it was a fantastic experience overall. CALE took care of everything like a pro.
Worst service experience in my 40 years of owning Toyota’s. I scheduled my 2015 Toyota Prius for 50,000 mile service - oil change, tire rotation and general look over. My appt was scheduled for 8:00am, I left the car. At 3:00 pm I thought the car must be ready, the lady said something I couldn’t understand, said she would check on it and call me back. Took my car at a time when no appointments were available and it was completed within an hour for my oil change and other routine maintenance. Very pleased!
We have had service performed three times since moving to Spanish Fort last year. Each time we were greeted courteously and all work was performed to our satisfaction in a reasonable amount of time... even expedited on our most recent visit!
