Brandon in VIP sales was great! He got my family into a 2017 Suburban that met our budget requirements. After 72hrs we had a minor hiccup with a dead battery. Brandon and Eastern Shore Toyota took care of that and any concern about our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone who is looking at buying a vehicle.
Wasted four hours of my day off. I inquired about a car on their lot on Saturday afternoon. Later that night, I noticed the listing had been removed. One of their internet sales consultants contacted me Monday morning asking when I would be able to come look at the vehicle. My beloved Highlander was acting weird so I called. The lady that answered the phone said that they were booked the next day but that I could drop it off in the morning and they would diagnose it for me. I was HAPPY when I hung up the phone.
