Excellent, as always, I trust Eastern Shore Toyota to take excellent care of my 2004 Toyota Avalon. After 16 years my Avalon runs as well as it ever has and looks almost as good as ever. I have never ridden in a car with a smoother engine.
They sent my Father in law the wrong toolbox for his truck. It absolutely won’t fit. It was part of the deal but not in stock so they shipped it to him. I dealt with Zack Bell directly to negotiate the deal. Now they won’t follow up to get toolbox back and get him the correct one or reimburse him so he can get his own. My Father in law drove from 2 hrs away to get truck and shortly after his purchase he sent a friend to get a truck also. Never again.
