costumer service is terrible. I bought my car over 7 weeks ago and I still do not have registration, due to a paperwork issue on their part.

Our experience at Eastern Shore Toyota was a great one. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we were treated extremely well. We highly recommend Justin, who was our salesman. Poor thing we walked him all over until we finally found “the car”. He was extremely helpful and super nice.
Walked in and felt like a person they weren’t just trying to make a sale off of me they wanted me to find something I didn’t just like but that I loved and wouldn’t stop until they got me that! Jacob White was a huge help through the whole process as it was my first time he walked me through every step and never left me in the dark! I highly recommend Eastern Shore Toyota so much I will never shop anywhere else!!
