Walked in with my dad with no intention of buying, just looking. Was interested in silverados but Tacoma’s for sure. Cale started helping us, and brought us an excellent selection of trucks and was extremely patient with us! He found the truck for me, a 2016 Tacoma with only 8000 miles on it! Got me an AMAZING deal that I could not leave without the truck! Highly recommend Cale!

Good place to take yur car get oil changed
waited over 10 minutes to be greeted. They never did. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I observed 8 employees stand around and chat it up while I waited and waited and waited!! Still no service.
So glad I went to Eastern Shore Toyota to buy a car. Our salesman was Spencer and he was Awesome!! He definitely gets a high five & a thumbs up. He didn't pressure us and was super down to earth. I highly recommend him!! Overall we had a really easy and good buying experience. I'm definitely Satisfied with my Highlander.
There is minimal supervision of the employees so a lot of them seem to be visiting each other at length. The snack bar seems to be the place where they like to congregate and some act inappropriately in the presence of customers.
