2 Weeks ago the starter went out on my Toyota Tundra. I had it towed to Eastern Shore Toyota. They checked it and informed me that the starter was bad. they gave me a quote to fix and I agreed. The next day they called and told me my truck was ready. I went and picked it up. when I cranked it I knew something wasn't right. I would like start out by saying that Mr. Brandon Donerson, hands down, is the best sales person!!! My husband and I bought a car from him and we then referred my mom to him. He’s awesome!! He’s very knowledgeable and informative. He’s quick, too. No long waits. If you ever need a car, please go to Eastern Shore Toyota and ask for BRANDON DONERSON!!
Their friendly courteous service. They were very accommodating. We had to sign more papers and they sent a driver over an hour and a half to us so we didn’t have to go out of our way to do it. Easter shore Toyota is the best!!!!
