My family used to be loyal customers here. That was all erased today. After giving them the opportunity to beat a competitor with a certified pre-owned Toyota (I was very clear about that, stating that I wasn't interested in anything else), their salesman decided to completely disregard it. The service department is a train wreck. The staff is rude, and not to mention so caught up in employee friendships that they cannot even respond to a line of paying customers at their desk. My last visit for an oil change and paint-less dent repair (warranty perk) took over 5 hours. I asked them to please check with the guy to be sure he could pull the dent without leaving a mark. The service dept is terrible. I’ll save some time and won’t write everything that happened, but I will say that when I went to pick up my car from being service it was pouring rain and they had left my driver window down. My husband called and made them aware of what they did and he was told it was only down for a short time. I don’t care how long it was down, I care that you got the entire drivers side of my car soaked and I had to sit in a puddle to drive home. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate!!!!
SOMEONE MORE HONEST SHOULD OWN THE COMPANY OR RUN IT.
