RecommendedThis is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Eastern Shore. We where helped by friendly staff every time. Only complain about this time was we test drove several vehicles at several places and once we settle on a truck it was mid afternoon. I noticed a good bit of mud under the bottom and asked if they would clean it before we got back to pick it up....and they didn’t. I seen a car online I wanted . Went by and look at it and they told me it hadn’t been throw service yet. I told them no problem call me when it got out. They want Asking 16000 . YOung man gave me a prices out the door of 18800 otd. How did it go from 16000 to 18000 . Conman I wouldn’t come their if you paid me .?i went to New Orleans to buy a car and all the young man tried to do me wrong
I have to start this by saying that I have met with the service department manager previously to compliment him on the best service dept. that I had ever done business with! As a long time business owner I have listened to many complaints by customers so I like to share my compliments with the person that generally has to field the complaints.
