My Experience was very slow in service . Most time not so bad but today was not happy with the speed of just changing a tire and also having a new tire had to use my spare there from 9:30 to 12:30 unacceptable to me I recommended a friend to buy a car and they Said I would be getting a bird-dog because I use the same sales person each time I have not gotten it yet it’s been too long my opinion yes that was untrue to

After my sister took her car back because of the low pressure light kept coming on and they told her that they had inspected the tire and it was fine she had a blowout on the cuaseway. Then all of a sudden the car wouldn't start never had a problem before. Then they left it died on the lot, didn't use the jump box to get it running until I can there and acted up. Let’s talk about my experience: Yesterday I had a blowout on the same tire I’ve taken to Toyota numerous times because my tire pressure light came on and each time they said it was fine. So this morning I take it HERE to get a new tire and magically my car “dies”when they drive it to the back. Driving for an hour to buy my Toyota was well worth the trip. Beautiful, clean, dealership and friendly staff. I live in Pensacola but will make the trip for my service.
I have some pretty mixed emotions about this place right now.
