Great experience with Eastern Shore Toyota. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, especially our salesman, Ryan. We knew exactly what we wanted and he knew what to show us. Exactly what we wanted. No pressure, just great customer service. We've always been fans of Eastern Shore Toyota, and this continues that tradition. I can't think of any other place to get my cars but here. I recently bought a used jeep grand Cherokee (2015) salesman was great. Paul didnt try to beat around the Bush. Once it was in the hands of his boss and the business manager I felt a burden to them. We are young and I felt like they tried to take advantage of us, but this wasnt our first time buying a car. Once we we're signing the final paperwork for warranty info.
