Our sales lady was nice. When we got to the back to sign papers the douchebag from Panama City I wanted to punch him in his face he was very rude. Treated us like dirt. But we did make our purchase and they took pictures of a sunshade on the side door that they were going to contact us about fixing never heard anything. When I kept asking the guy about the promise sheet to write it down he was saying he didn't have that in his hand right now and couldn't get it for us.

Mr. Trumaine Cook is hands down the BEST! I had my eye on a used 2016 Nissan Altima with less than 40,000 miles. Mr. Cook said that one sold yesterday. But, he took down my list of must-have accessories and what I could afford price wise and he found me a very similar car. There was no hassling back and forth on the price.
