joey was our salesman excellent service. the only thing i feel they could improve is there needs to be more than one finance man. the wait was too long we had to leave and come back later to finish

I have not purchased a vehicle at Eastern Shore Toyota so I can’t rate their sales program and prices. They have however, serviced my 2013 4Runner on several occasions, the latest being an airbag recall. Each time service has been courteous, as explained and right on time. They keep a superb facility which makes the dealer attractive.

Went to Eastern Shore Toyota last Friday without an appointment to get my 20,000 mile checkup. Due to my wife's medical issues, and the long drive from home to Mobile Medical Center, the deadline came sooner than I planned. Eastern Shore Toyota took the car right in and completed the oil change and other checkups in short order. I had free coffee while we waited. I enjoy our trips to Eastern Shore Toyota and would recommend them to everyone.
