We recently went to Eastern Shore Toyota for 25,000 mile Service and Auto Butler service. Our Prius was serviced and cleaned. Service personnel were informative and knowledgeable. The Auto Butler people did a great job making our car look and smell like new. Vehicle maintenance was completed sooner than predicted. Car was clean inside and outside (Wife likes the car wash and clean smell inside). Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

It’s been a week since we’ve taken our Camry to our “complimentary” service that we were harassed to make an appointment for. A week since a service employee made a dime size puncture on the inside of our front tire and DENIED it to our faces continuing to say “I must have hit something on the way there”. Our sales lady (Seana) worked hard for us. She was truly motivated.
I was in recently for routine service. When I come in I have the auto butler done in addition to service and just assume it is going to take a while. Since I have very little time to relax and read I enjoy bringing a book or e-reader and patiently wait. Usually they are done more quickly than I expect and I haven't had any bad experiences there at all.
