Clayton and Carl were great. I give 5 stars to them. But they were not in the finance office. I give the finance office 3 stars and the greeter 3 stars.

Sales person very knowledgeable courteous,and helpful, Keith Brewer office staff courteous and efficient, have not completed the process of actually getting vehicle In that there was a recall pending and a problem with the battery the maintainer staff very helpful with a loner vehicle all of the staff I would recommend , 10 being highest I would give a 10

If I could leave 0 stars I would.. lied to my face about my credit scores on 2 of the 3 places you can check them.. got a letter in the mail saying my score was wayyyyy higher than what they told me and even called my bank for a loan and they confirmed my higher credit score... just trying to get a higher interest rate out of me to pay more for a car��.... beware of this crooked place very upset with them.. this should be illegal..

BEST buying experience EVER! Our sales person, Jessica Givens was EXCEPTIONAL! So friendly, professional and just around GREAT! Also, Josh in finance department was OUTSTANDING! We had to order the car we wanted, so it took a couple of days to come in. While waiting we were offered a rental vehicle to use until we got our car. Eastern Shore Rocks! We have purchased several vehicles from ES. The cars/trucks are great. This week we purchased a new Tacoma. Brandon and Mack treated us well and without pressure. The price of the new truck and trade in were very fair. We slid through the business office without time wasted and without pressure. This was a great experience.
